what program do i use to open tga files if any?

try GIMP (google) It's free, and very much like photoshop.

i use GIMP just go to gimp.org REMEMBER u have to download the GTK runtime envirment and install FIRST. Then download GIMP and install second (obviously it doesn't matter if u download both of them before installing the runtime envirment.
