Both will come in a bundle on July 17th for $20.
Now, I realize you can get the first one on Steam, and a lot of us already have both of them, but I would like to point out that they don't work on Windows Vista or 7 without severe workarounds. Hopefully, this re-release will add official support for the modern OSes.

I can play KotOR 1 fine in windowed mode on Win7 64 without any special workarounds. It sometimes crashes after two or three hours but otherwise it runs smoothely.

Re: LA to re-release KotOR and KotOR2
I will admit, it's mainly KotOR2 that has issues, especially since the Steam version and the "Star Wars: Best of PC" version of KotOR1 have been patched, but that's not to say there aren't any widespread issues for Vista/7 users. Especially on Dantooine with certain gfx cards. So if you installed it without any issues, to put it quite bluntly, "Yippee skippy for you."
I, personally, have had to refer to this forum post several times on several different computers for various friends because either the game won't install properly, or if it does, it simply refuses to run.

You don't write a community-driven, comprehensive install guide if it's only a minor issue.

I only wish they would do this with their other games. I mean, I'm satisfied with playing Jedi Knight on Steam, but I'd be far more pleased if it wouldn't go into a small window for the cutscenes and menu.
