Autorun file

Post by Anakin »

hey i have Portableapps on my USB-Stick.
my Autorun.ini file says:

Code: Select all

[Autorun]
Open=StartPortableApps.exe
Action=Start PortableApps.com
Icon=PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\Graphics\usb.ico
Label=USB-Stick
but the programm didn't start if i connect with my PC.
why this??

And i renamed the picture file and named an other USB.ico but it's still the old picture.

1) How can i make PortaleApps autorun and
2) how can i change the picture (first is more important)

i asked google and found this:
http://portableapps.com/node/5709

so i changed my autrun.ini:

Code: Select all

[Autorun]
Open=StartPortableApps.exe
Action=Start PortableApps.com
Action=@StartPortableApps.exe
Icon=PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\Graphics\usb.ico
Label=USB-Stick
but it still didn't work

This is mine, which works:

Code: Select all

[Autorun]
Open=StartPortableApps.exe
Action=Start PortableApps.com
Icon=PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\Graphics\usb.ico
Label=Lexar

its about the same thing. Do you have an anti-virus that could be blocking it?
