Extra server at the local conection

Well, yesterday, i was with my father and for some minutes the internet service and the local conection went off line, when it came back, an extra computer showed up at the local connection, we have only two computers, it is called "user1" and we cannot get in it, does anyone has an idea of what is this thing and how to take it out ?

What type of service do you have and what is the router type?
