Please read the site rules, and do not post topic titles in all caps.
And we'll need more information than "it doesn't work."

I will assume "yes," since you say nothing shows up.CHEIF122 wrote:Did i not put something in the right place or what?
You say you "did every thing it said;" to what directory did you install the Pack?

I found the gamedata folder with the five files in it, and put it in the "data" folder.Maveritchell wrote:I will assume "yes," since you say nothing shows up.CHEIF122 wrote:Did i not put something in the right place or what?

Re: Please help with 2.0
If you put anything directly in the "DATA" folder, you did it wrong and didn't read the instructions carefully:
Manual Install Howto wrote:How to do a "manual install"
1) Find the directory you've installed "Star Wars Battlefront 2" into (this is usually in Program Files\LucasArts)
2) Open the folder "Star Wars Battlefront 2"; then open the folder "GameData."
3) Once all files have been extracted from the installer, you should have 5 folders: a "DATA" folder, an "addon" folder, a "v1.3patch" folder, a "Conversion Pack documentation" folder, and a "backups" folder.
4) Cut and paste all five folders into the "GameData" folder you have open.
That's all you need to do. Enjoy!

So what you're telling me is that you didn't do what you said here:CHEIF122 wrote:Nothing. When I open my swb2 folder there is a folder called gamedata.I click on that and there is the gamdata folder with the five files in it and some another folders that came with the game.does the gamedata folder have to be bye itself?Maveritchell wrote:Run Battlefront II?
Instead you pasted "GameData" into "GameData."ok,i put it all back the way it was. all five files are in the gamedata folder. Now what?
Let me explain how this works: The "GameData" folder you extract from the Conversion Pack's installer is a dummy folder that is used to organize the files so that they fit SWBF2's directory structure. Either you can:
a) Paste the "GameData" folder from the installer into "Star Wars Battlefront II," or
b) Follow the instructions provided above, making sure you read them carefully.
