Pathing Question

I am sorry, to ask this and waste time, but I do not understand pathing. In getting started it says you should refer to flyer spline text, so I did. When I did I found a bunch of Words together which do not help me to learn how to apply pathing in the game. Could someone tell me how to do it?

P.S. I searched for this in other topics and could not find it.

Are you trying to make spawn points or ai for flyers?
