Have you burned the terrain? (Image->Burn Terrain) You won't see some shadows until you burn terrain.

Yo Bandu! Get on xfire i think i have a solution that is in the documentation, but i dont have the time to write it. Just get on xfire and ill show u. Its in the lighting documentation.

EDIT- look at shadow regions in the misc documentation.

Yeah i think you have to do something with the lighting tool. I haven't gotten the time to read that part so I'm not completley sure.

I'm having a similar problem... But my soldiers have shadows, my objects don't... It looks rediculous... That map looks sweet BTW... Let me know when you get it working...

I already did... Still doesn't work... It's really frustrating because I did EVERYTHING I'm supposed to...Except when I burn the terrain, I get this message:

"Next time you load a world to light the terrain, check the box at the bottom of the layer dialogue 'build accurate object collision'"

What does this mean? I can't figure it out... This just may be my problem...

Maybe some of the objects just dont cast shadows?

NONE of my objects cast shadows... Except my soldiers...

Oh my gosh.... I fixed my problem... It wasn't my map settings that were messed up... I had the game shadows and lighting set to low...
