unit amount does not work?!

Hey guys for my map i need help i'm not a noob so u can talk from modder to modder. I tried to make the amount of units bigger but it doesn't work! Chaning the unit amount they just spawn how it's set in game *u know the extra menu for conquest* Even the 3rd fraction does not spawn in my set amount! I thought about using the XL modus but i don't know how to create it...i tried to add something in the addme.lua but it does not work. Any experiences?

When are you increasting the unit cout? Before the level loads or after the first player spawns. Try settings the unit/reforcment counts after the first player spawns.

Actually, i think it's not possible to increase amount of ticket since each player sets up their own... but im just guessing so I could be wrong...

ticket count isn't the issue, it's the number of soldiers on the field at one time...

I change it and it seems to ignore me...

hm, it works for me. are you increasing or decreasing? maybe you oughta try changing the "units = ##," line, if you havent already (although it seemed to work for me anyways)...

I tried, I increased the CIS droids to 100 and the rep to only 8, yet dozens of reps spawn and dozens of CIS spawn

yeah...........i think only the XL modus can make this because there is no max count........as in conquest.......

you did change the min and max numbers for each unit type, right? you could try posting your lua, but if its not either of those things, i dont really know how to help you...

what do you mean? i tried now xl modus and unit count -1 now my map does not crash but no troops are spawning xD can you tell me all things where i can change unit count and so on? which lines? because i found now a line that says ubermode = 350 i think thiis is the maximum count......
