I had a go at Kix's medic symbol out of boredom, though instead of making it in Photoshop I just modeled and screenshot it in XSI.

Both use the same 3D model and have the same post-screen-capture effects. Only the texture on the 3D model changed.
Does anyone know, how i'd make the 3D model itself look like that (texture)?? Such an 3D model would look AWESOME ingame.
