What is your favorite star wars species?

I always loved talking over with star wars fans...And I'm pretty curious...
I know, ther are tons of species in the star wars saga...but i'm pretty sure that you should have your favorite one...no? Who are they?

For me I always loved the Kel-Dors. Plo-Koon always made me feel like a nice head..lol. It's my favorite jedi knight too...

In second position I would say the MonCals... they are so...but so what? I don't know I loved them too!

I like the Kaminoans. They seem like they're really elegant and respectful. If Kamino were a real place on a real planet it would feel like a privilege just to step onto their territory.

You won't think that way, if you've read the RC books but you are right, they look elegant.

There has always been a species of intelligent and brave guardians and knights. Warriors and Fighters who won an entire battle to fight for their freedom. This species has suffered much but always got up again until the bitter end.

I used to feel the same way until I read the Republic Commando books like Anakin said, and also watched the Clone Wars animated series... most of the Kaminoans on that show were evil, greedy, or just heartless.

I think my personal favourite would be the Noghri (no longer Canon ). I also really like the Yuuzhan Vong because of their interesting caste system - the shapers are particularly cool.

@thelegend: Yeah, I can't stand Jar-Jar's antics but the Gungans are generally pretty cool. I loved the episode in TCW with Captain Tarpal and Grievous. So cool.

I 100% agree. It's Jar-Jar specifically that's the problem, the other Gungans are cool.

Jar Jar was such a tool that he was actually killing droids by accident, I wonder if all Gungans were as stupid as Jar Jar, what could they do? Probably stomp the empire and all other forces combined...
