Ask Sam Witwer. Though I don't recall anybody complaining when he did the Emperor in TFU (even though I personally don't like him as the Emperor: Nick Jameson did it better, though given how they managed to get Temeura Morrison in for this game, it might not have been too much to ask if McDiarmid would have been willing to voice the Emperor one last time)

Yeah, it was quite surprising to hear Temeura Morrison again. He hasn't done voicing for Fetts/Clones for nearly 10 years! Thought they were going use Dee Bradley Baker again.

"Nearly"? Wasn't Battlefront II the last time he voiced a Fett?

Empire at War came out in 2006, which featured a Morrison-voiced Boba Fett.

Anything Useable for battlefront?

And remember if there is a boba fett movie coming, they'll be atlot more to hear. :P Although I'm not 100% Sure it is him.

Trailer is really good. :P

Dee Bradly Baker sounds good for the younger clones, still wish Cody Was voiced by Morrison, but that said Morrison is a Huge actor in NZ now, probably the biggest not to have been in LotR, and although much of his work tends to be local he still demands a good rate, a rate no doubt too high for a cartoon show with only half a mil per episode -less in the earlier seasons, same reason Hayden was turned down despite being interested. (also he is a lovely lovely man). :funny2:

Although I do prefer bakers voice personally

You do realize you can edit out/remove the parts of a quoted post that you aren't specifically replying to, right? Unless you also agree Hayden Christensen is an attractive man. :P

There are some pretty useful lines for when he's flying around in the Slave I but not so much for on foot.

Didn't galaxy at war have ground hero units? (Never played strangely as it really is my jam.)

A new feature on the SWBF website allows you to explore the environments of the game:

And for those experiencing lag, here's all the cinematics and gameplay clips from the tour:

Those worlds are so awesome, almost makes one want to forget about combat and just explore. Almost.
Wampa caves on Hoth but don't think there will be random wampas walking around smacking you in the head but one can hope.

Yeah, those videos show a distinct lack of natives. No Jawas, Tuskens, Wampas or Ewoks.

Maybe they are smarter than the Rebels and Imps and ran away from the fighting
Do think I did see an Ewok glider on Endor briefly.
The Jawas are all hiding in what looks to be a very strong explosion resistant crawler

:D

Apparently Ewoks are supposed to appear in the game. So is C-3P0. Don't see how they could have C-3P0, though.

I guess the following achievement is a good indication there are indeed Ewoks on Endor

"Not bad for a little furball
Get hit in the head by a rock from an Ewok on Endor"

So, the critic's scores are starting to come in now (some had the game days ago but obviously EA had a review embargo out).

So far, here's what has come up:

GameRankings: 78.50% (PS4), 70.50% (XBox One)
MetaCritic: 78/100 (PS4), 73/100 (XBox One)
Videogamer.com: 7/10

Seems pretty consistent with what I was expecting for this game. I wasn't expecting critical acclaim and let's face it, this game needed a bit more time. LucasFilm clearly wanted this out before the new film. Still looks like it will be fun, though I expect the next Battlefront title to include more features.

IGN has yet to post but given their past (7.8 too much water) I would take whatever they say with a dose of salt.

So it really is part of the Battlefront family, then.

I'm supposed to have my game later today, but work sprung a surprise cross-country trip on me, so nothing doing until this weekend. Looking forward to seeing some of you in-game then.

Today I played Battlefront with my older brother on his ps4, and I was very disappointed  (only my opinion)
There was little to nothing like the old Battlefronts, sadly. I think it's looks really wonderful but I got really bored with the time...
Maybe I save up my money and get a Gamecube with Rebel Strike :D
