Instant award weapons(for dedicated server manager)

This mod is simple hex edits applied to the side lvls in the PC version server manager.

They allow all of the award weapons to be give to all infantry when spawning, humans and ai units.

You also retain your ability to use the regular guns. It gets a little irritating switching back and forth though.

Soldier: award blaster rifle and award pistol
Vanguard: award pistol and award guided rockets
Engineer: flachette shotgun
Sniper: award beam rifle and award pistol
3 classes naturally carry over the award pistol: Jet tropper, Dark trooper and the Clone Commander.

Again this is replacement files for the dedicated server manager(pc server version, not ps2)
Anyone who joins has instant access to the award guns without fighting to earn them, or if they aren't skilled to unlock them otherwise. This also allows remote rockets to be used on tankless maps.
