Will Cerberus be added in the next update?

Not the next update, no - they won't be implemented for a while, unless we magically obtain all of the necessary unit models.

Can you not rip the models from the game?

Re: Mass Effect: Unification (build 1110/02)
Can we? Yes.
Is it legal? Maybe.
Will we ever do it? HAHA, NO.
We're not just creating a fun little project here. We're trying to increase our skillset, and ripping models doesn't make us any more talented.

Also, there's the fact that all of the art assets in ME3 and whatnot are way too high-res for use in Zero Engine.
Random glamour shot!

looks pretty sweet marth! Its great that Battlefront can handle these higher custom poly models. Wulfman's new logo looks absolutely sexy on this pic!

Thanks Twinkey.
Here's another swanky promotional one for you guys, also the new Unification logo I made. Shepard got his textures updated.
Also you can see the Scimitar which we never properly showcased.

I love how you can see the faces. It really gives the impression their is someone's head in their. Not any easy thing to do in helmets with transparent visors.
Keep it up
PS: What is with their boots ? I don't think they are ment to look shiny and barely textured like that, right ?

Re: Mass Effect: Unification (build 1123/02)
I did a horrible job on the boots. No texture space + bad UV's = exactly what you see there.
Bad bad bad.
Also, I have gotten a couple messages asking if I ripped the geth and collector models. The answer is a resounding NO. I used the original models as extremely heavy reference in both the geometry and texture sides of things, to get as close as humanly possible. The geo and textures are all 100% made by me
There is also absolutely no way that the original models would work in battlefront as well; they are around 12,000 tri's each if memory serves me correctly, which would make Zero implode on itself many times over.

You did an amazing job everywhere else, so some messed up boots can be forgiven. I'll likely fix em sometime.

Keep up the great work!
Also is there and plans to convert the mass effect 3 co-op maps into actual playable maps for the mod?

Re: Mass Effect: Unification (build 1130/03)
It's a possibility, but that won't come for some time at least. The issue is that most of them use ladders in their design, and SWBF2 can't really do that well, at all. Hydra is one of the few without ladders and it's exceedingly complex.
We'll be doing other maps first, sorry.

Is there any way to ever add ladders anyway? like a totally new animation for the unit?

Not really, no. The animation isn't the hardest part, it's trying to physically move the unit up or down.
