Games to buy during the summer sale?

I've already purchased Civ V: gold edition for 75% off, leaving me with about 13 buck in my steam wallet.

Some of the games I've got on my "wishlist" (that I can still afford):
Dishonored
Fallout 3: GOTY
Half-Life 2
Portal 1 & 2
Batman: Arkham Asylum: GOTY
Dead Space

I was just wondering which of these, or other games, you guys might suggest getting? I generally enjoy most types of games, shooters like TF2 and Battlefront, action-adventure/rpg like Skyrim and Mass Effect, as well as RTS like Empire at War (an underrated game if you ask me).

FTL: Faster Than Light is a must and cheap.

Make sure to get Half Life 2's episodes as well, game isn't complete without them.

I only have enough for like one of these games, this'll be a tough decision (I suppose I could sell some tf2 stuff on the market though...).

To late, HL2 went 75% off (as did episode 1+2) and i just couldn't resist. I feel like I'll like this game though, so i'm happy with my purchase. I spent what little i had left on some tf2 crate unboxings, and actually made a profit, so I'll sell the keys from that and get a few more games (FTL if it isn't much, maybe something else if it is). hopefully I can sell the stranges I got before the 22nd though.

I don't know if there on sale atm or not (or if you already own them) but if you like shooters I'd recommend Borderlands 2. Both batman titles are also on sale, I would consider them. It's really up to what kind of game you like, however. Deus Ex: Human revolution is only 3 dollars right now though...so there's that.
