Like Tean said, I like them all. It's tough to rank them, but this is where I'd stand I do believe. To be clear, I still liked Maria even if I'm placing her last in a top ten.

Holy smokes, saw this on saturday, and it was awesome! I was amazed that most of my friends were fooled by the credits and didn't stay for the 2nd bonus clip. That was one of my favorite parts!

There are talks that he might not really be dead, so here's hoping this is the case. If not, however, that would indeed make a good scene, but in Captain America 2, since Marvel Studios post-credit scenes are usually something fun and interesting, not sad and depressing.

Spider-man and Wolverine aren't just going to randomly appear in the Avengers sequel. They are Sony's and Fox's prized money-making characters, respectively, so they won't let go of them that easily. Plus, they aren't part of the original Avengers, and their appearance just wouldn't make sense because Spider-man is the only superhero in his movie universe, and the X-Men have their own movie universe.

Before Avengers 2 comes out in supposedly 2015, though, there will be an Iron Man 3 and Thor 2 in 2013, and Captain America 2 and an unrevealed film in 2014. The unrevealed movie could be an Ant-man movie, which includes Wasp, who are both original Avengers members. Or the movie could be about the Guardians of the Galaxy due to the one post-credit scene...

Well I'm not that into Marvel, so I just hoped that they might be in the movie...

It doesn't matter if you are into Marvel or not. Even though these movies do appeal to the masses (Avengers has already made over $1 billion worldwide! ), unlike the Transformers movies, however, they aren't all about action and actually have a good story. So if the story calls for Spider-man or Wolverine to appear in any future movies for whatever reasons, then hey, I would be all for it as well. But the idea just doesn't seem likely now due to the film rights issues.

Somewhat off-topic: Today, at my sister's graduation, the president of the school made a speech about how the students were like The Avengers, as opposed to contestants in The Hunger Games. It was pretty funny.
