Commander Phalanx is the dude in my avatar. He's my own creation. He'll be making an appearance in the current mod project I am working on (look under my name and you'll see the active project's name). Dunno when the project will be out, because there's still lots to do.
If you need his backstory, I'm still working on that. Just thought it'd be interesting to see in this style. I mean, if you wanted some more clones to make that is.
