you cant use it on your forum. Because you use a foum host. You need a web host.

What he means it you need someone to host the actual server, then YOU control all the code for the forums, etc. Basically sites like these are run via modules, and you'd need server-level access to host files. For those of use who want a free alternative the easiest way is to have a "files" subforum and write up the files there, then link them to some off-site place like filefront or megaupload.
