Warnings are not a function of time; they are a function of quality time. We remove warnings when we see that people have changed the actions that resulted in those warning(s), and the only measure we have of that is positive community participation. Usually warnings will be removed quicker for more active members of the community, because we have a better sample of their changing behavior.
That having been said, I don't have a problem removing your warning, but in the future please keep in mind that this is why we don't just say "warnings last for X days."
