Is this number 1 or 2? This happened to me when i tried the second one, and it had something to do with my graphics card, i think. If you look it up on google, you'll find that about a million other people have gotten exactly the same issue...

This is for the first one, and I can't update my graphics card driver because the only one available is for Vista 32 bit, and of course I have 64 bit.
