Ok its the 1.3 Patch because it was a broken Install

Well, i think i download the patch again

suggestion: install patch 1.1 and use Switcher .exe for 1.1 (thanks AceMastermind ) and then install patch 1.3

Very nice mod DEVISS. Among all the other awesome stuff, really liked the new sounds.
