Having never played the PSP version, I cannot compare that to the actual one... then again, each 'version' has a different version.

In the XBox360/PS3/PC version, they look like Stormtroopers with a hint of Phase II Clone left in the helmet.

In the PS2/Wii versions they are Phase II clones with bigger helmets, and without the fin on top. IDK if the PSP version plays the same as the PS2 and Wii version, mind.

In the DS version... there are no proto stormies in the prologue. They were all regular stormies.
