I'm starting to see the importance of having your own website, so are there any good free hosting sites that I could use? I'm taking a look at Webs right now, but I would like your GTers thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Freehostia has been used by a lot of my friends.

The advantage of these are that you can do pretty much whatever you want with it, and are not limited by Webs.

i found kvchosting

not sure how it is but the Features are great on the free C hosting plan ($19.99 setup fee is the only cost)

i know, but sometimes, free isnt the best. There at least you only pay a one-time fee..
