CoD4 Downloaded off Steam...

...Doesn't work, the file I need to run singlepalyer ( devimage.ivi ) and for Multiplayer ( grey ) are not present. I've searched on google, and sorted through a lot of spam, but I only found that, what seems to be the only solution, is that I have to redownload the entire game over again. I'm not so happy in doing so, it already has taken over 2 days to download and update fully.

Anyone with experiance on this matter, help would be appreciated...

Also, I cannot log into Steam at this current time, has anyone else been able to? ( Current time is: 7:13 PM EST )

You can't log on because the Steam servers are down for maintenance. They should be back in anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.

I did a quick search on the Steam Forums, but couldn't find anything specific.
