Re: Google custom search engines
Yep. You can even specify keywords, so if I wanted the engine to find SWBF2-related results only while searching the web, I'd just have to give a couple keywords like SWBF2, SWBFII, or Star Wars Battlefront 2.Caleb1117 wrote:Wow, thats pretty cool.

Re: Google custom search engines
That's cool but it doesn't return too many results, for example just type XSI or ODF and see how many results come back.
I use this method quite a bit to search Gametoast, for example:
weaponshareammo site:gametoast.com
The search feature here on Gametoast does work fairly well when it doesn't time me out, but one problem is that most topics/posts submitted before August 2007 will not show up in the results.
A way that i've found to bring those topics back into the search index is to re-submit those topics/posts by simply locating one then click Edit and make a small edit then Submit the reply.
I try to go through some of the more important topics whenever I get free time and re-submit them and I'd like to encourage everyone else here to do the same so we can all get maximum search results.

Yeah, that's what I usually do when I want to search a site.AceMastermind wrote:I use this method quite a bit to search Gametoast, for example:
