Game texture problems

Hello, I have been having a problem with two games. The problem is that when I play the game, my textures get all..weird? I have a example video I made in WoW:


As you can see, my textures are going wild (The video actually doesn't show the full opacity of it).

The games I am having trouble with are:
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
and
World Of Warcraft + The Burning Crusade expansion (Version 2.4.3)

Its funny because I could run these games fine, then the next day I wake up and try.. they do this. I have tried pulling out my video card and cleaning it of dust, nothing happened.

I have a Nvidia 7600 GS that is only about a year old. I have never had this problem before and I could run these games fine one day, and then the next day this glitch would happen.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Well, I am a complete idiot. I had a hidden program running in the background which I THOUGHT I had uninstalled ages ago. Its called "EVGA Precision" and it overclocks your video card so its still safe but with better performance. I guess having it run in the background of your PC for several weeks cant be good.
