Snippy!

This may not be the best out there, but it's free, light, easy to use, and a teeny tiny dl.

I use Vista's Snipping Tool on Vista and PrintScr and Paint on XP.

Yeah, just use ctrl + PrintScreen, then ctrl + V in an image editing program.

I used to do that, but snippy lets you choose take a freehand selection of any area of the screen. Good for taking bits of pictures to use as textures.

I just take an Xfire screenshot, then upload it to Photobucket for better picture load time.

Personally, I use the screen clipping tool in OneNote 2007.

For that, I use picasa from google. It comes with an option to upload photos to a web album.

No need to download a screenshot tool just press Print Scrn to capture the whole screen or press Alt+Print Scrn to just capture a window than open a picture program (Paint, Coral, Gimp, etc) and click Edit than Paste and save your image.

Programs like snippy allow for the capture of select regions, instead of the whole screen or window.

Or you could just screenshot the whole screen and then cut out what you want in Paint.

Quoted For Truth. Print Screen + Paint FTW! One less program to drop spyware on my PC.
