Re: Best screenshot tool:
Yeah, just use ctrl + PrintScreen, then ctrl + V in an image editing program.

Re: Best screenshot tool:
I used to do that, but snippy lets you choose take a freehand selection of any area of the screen. Good for taking bits of pictures to use as textures.
Re: Best screenshot tool:
I just take an Xfire screenshot, then upload it to Photobucket for better picture load time.

Re: Best screenshot tool:
No need to download a screenshot tool just press Print Scrn to capture the whole screen or press Alt+Print Scrn to just capture a window than open a picture program (Paint, Coral, Gimp, etc) and click Edit than Paste and save your image.

Re: Best screenshot tool:
Programs like snippy allow for the capture of select regions, instead of the whole screen or window.delta 47 wrote:No need to download a screenshot tool just press Print Scrn to capture the whole screen or press Alt+Print Scrn to just capture a window than open a picture program (Paint, Coral, Gimp, etc) and click Edit than Paste and save your image.

Re: Best screenshot tool:
Or you could just screenshot the whole screen and then cut out what you want in Paint.tsurugi13 wrote:Programs like snippy allow for the capture of select regions, instead of the whole screen or window.delta 47 wrote:No need to download a screenshot tool just press Print Scrn to capture the whole screen or press Alt+Print Scrn to just capture a window than open a picture program (Paint, Coral, Gimp, etc) and click Edit than Paste and save your image.
