A little problem with the side assets

I downloaded the side assets from the thread and I tried to use the kor_inf_vibrosword weapon for a unit. In-game the blade is black. I put all the tgas into my msh AND pc folders but nothing changes. I think the sword.tga is the blades color but since it doesn't work, do I have to re-name it to something to make it appear?

Try opening, and resaving the tga.

Didn't work. Theres two tgas for the sword, theres the handle, called vsword.tga I think, and the blade, called sword.tga. The handle works, but the blade is still black.

There might be three if I remember right, one more texture for the shine of the blade. Check for it in a hex editor.
