Did you change the firing-speed of the Clone Comannder, too, or just the projectile ?

I just changed the projectile, the firerate is the same as the normal chaingun, believe me, it OWNS!!! :twisted:

But I did change the firerate of the SBD to be the same as a normal rifle.

Ok, I deleted all of the unnecissary content from the side folders, cleaned, munged, and the file size is still 273mb in .zip file form! Can anyone help me compress this more?

Are you running custom sides? Usually the reason it's so big is that people copy the entire rep, cis, all or imp.lvl over, edit a few things, then munge the entire thing again.

I did that, but I just deleted all the unneccisary content (before I posted above) and it is still big, But I don't know if it is smaller or not....

Open your rep.req -- delete all entries you won't use, post it here.

check through your msh and odf folders and make sure you only have stuff you need.

They do, I did that and it was 273MB.

Off-topic: How's the Jai Maruk skin coming, Darth_Maul?

Back-On-Topic: I put Teancum's Recon and Commander units into my map thanks to the global sides implimented in the Beta v1.7 of the Conversion Map Pack.

I am also trying to get some of his heroes into my Hero Assault mode, but it currently does not work, though I am getting help via PM conversation with him.

Back to topic:
You could do like Penguin did:
Use Winrar on the Addon folder, but extract the side, FPM and sound folder from it and use WinRAR on them as well.
Finallly, use WINRar on the 2 RARs.
Include a good tut for decomp. - you could copy from Penguin's texts.

I don't have WinRAR.

I'm pretty sure she used .zip format though.

ALL.lvl = 180mb (:shock: )
CIS.lvl = 95mb
IMP.lvl = 96.2mb
REP.lvl = 146mb

Those are big! Maybe I'll set it up with two downloads, one for the addon folder directory, and the other for the SIDE folder. Without the SIDE folder, the TST folder is now only 16.7mb!

SIDE.zip = 267mb!!!!!

This looks quiet cool, is there anything i could do, i can skin, and do a bit of stuff with the odfs like adding weapons etc.:

I can do most odf stuff myself (that's why the side folders are so big!!!) I need skinning though. However, those skins probably wouldn't work for my map, there isn't alot of red in it. If you could make some dark, lavarock sort of camo for the clones and stormtroopers, that would be nice!!
