Anyone going to buy th new MK?

I want to.... but I'm not paying 80 dollars for it next week, I'll wait for a sale, or at least reviews to come out for it first. Anyone else thinking of buying it?

Games like Mortal Kombat will go down to forty if you're willing to wait a month or two. I love MK, but I already have 8, 9, and DC Uni, so I think I can wait. I did the same for Hardline and got it for 40

Yeah I would wait a bit. Usually I wait for a Komplete edition on steam or something but your free to purchase it when you want. On retail it usually goes down a bit after a few months. You really dont miss out since you can view gameplay on youtube and wait for it to be patched up some.

MK9 aka just "Mortal Kombat" was the last one I played, and really the last one I want to. I LOVED Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe as it was the first game in the series that showed me all the gore wasn't necessary. Now if I want to play a great fighting game I just play Injustice: Gods Among Us (a DC Universe game). It's MK in everything but name and gore, and I've just outgrown all the blood and guts.
Still, to each their own. Hopefully that didn't come off too preachy.

Injustice is an excellent alternative as well
Same studio made it and the ultimate edition has a lot of content
