I must say, as much as I want this to be true, I am very skeptical.

Space to land battles are absolutely happening, but will only be available in certain game modes.

I think we'd sooner see a release of WULF's TCW mod than mechanics like this being implemented in the new Battlefront. :u

Reads a bit like a wishlist. Well, rumors are rumors after all. The only one I believe will definitely come true is

This is about the only one I'll wholeheartedly believe. Especially considering they pretty much showed that in their last teaser trailer thing.

The Downloadable Content plan for the game is “extremely aggressive”.

This is the one I find most believable. Because EA.

Edit: I would be totally fine with 1 DLC pack, to be released post-TFA. That DLC can have all the TFA content that they didn't want to have spoil the movie.

128 players? Yeah, that's not happening. Also, the layout of "campaign" levels is perplexing; why have significantly more OT stuff than Clone Wars stuff? There is definitely enough to draw from to balance it out.

Not buying it. Some of the stuff on the list is safe guesses/givens, and some is far too out there. I just can't wait until DICE finally reveals this game in the coming months.

Naah I don't know about that, personally, I hope the game will not be linked with the movie, cos the movie, in my opinion, is looking too fancy, I mean sure it's not the same time in which the older movies take place, but all the new stuff, it's kinda hard to get used to it. I grew up with the original movies and I do hope they wont link it with awakening of the force, cos I want the same Battlefront I've been playing for years, just with better looks, get me?

I'd say we see some Frostbite tech demos featuring star wars characters and locations at GDC. Then we get an initial trailer and gameplay reveal at Star Wars celebration in April. You heard it first here, folks

The trailer will be released online, April 17th at 10:30AM PST/1:30PM EST.

That's 5:30PM for those in western Europe.

Oh wow, this guy really knows what he is talking about! Good call, man!

I'm seriously hyped for this, though. It's been close to 10 long years now that we've all been waiting for a next generation Battlefront, and we're so close to finally seeing it that we can taste it.

All this hype has had me loading up ZE, XSI, and Notepad++ lately working on something.... Maybe you'll see it soon? My return to modding after 4 years? hahaha /ShamelessPiggyBacking
