EDIT: Confirmed. Holy cow. Glad they ditched the III given the curse it carries. Not too sure about the logo though.

I hate it if someone dont belives me but in Battlefronts case i completly undertand that. It was so often "pseudo announced" so youve just had to be sure

Well, I personally trust DICE to deliver a good game. I just hope they don't forget the fundamentals of single player, which drove the previous titles as much as the multiplayer. I hope they remember to include an Instant Action mode for single player too.

Mirror's Edge is getting a sequel. Awesome. Now I can get on-demand migraines again.

Awesome, but are they really just calling it Battlefront? The same name as the original? I think the logo looks ok, but the lack of a III, 3, or subtitle seems weird...

...and showed an AT-AT stomping a vehicle in Hoth. That implies it'll be based at least primarily in the time of the original Star Wars trilogy, not the Clone Wars or Episode VII.

this tiny video isn't a lot to go on for speculation, other than it confirms DICE is making a Battlefront. It's coming, but could still be anything.

It's a good idea to post links to announcements like this in general, but in particular with SWBF3, my default setting for a long time has been ignore it unless LucasArts or a developer makes an official announcement, not a leak or rumor.

I'm so happy right now! Finally! But yeah the logo is a little weird and formal looking. I'll be happy with the game as long as it does NOT have any Clone Wars TV show or that new one they're coming out with in it. I hate that stuff. I hope its only Episode 1-6. Funny how this happened the day I actually play Battlefront for real since, like, October.

I think they said it's a prequel, actually, and not Mirror's Edge 2.

Considering Faith is getting her iconic tattoos, I'd say you're right. Only marginally disapointed it's not continuing the story where it left off. STILL THOUGH I AM MEGA EXCITED
