We never see the Battle of Sullust or Tatooine in the films, so really there's no reason to not have Rebel ground vehicles there, even if they just hijacked an AT-ST.

The possibility to hijack an AT-ST would be cool, heck it could be its own mode.

Why is that a good reason to not include rebel ground vehicles? The fact we dont see that happen should be plenty of reason to add something we haven't seen. Like a behind the scenes type scenario. Dice had no problem getting creative with sullust, something we have not seen. We really didnt see female storm troopers, rebel twileks, rebel zabraks, those cool looking imperial shock troopers or the shadow troopers in the OT. Actually you dont see jet packs on storm troopers or small portable shield generators either used by the rebels in the movies. Respectfully I don't see "well they weren't in the movies" as a viable reason to not include something since dice already added things we didn't see. Though im sure that can be remedied in paid DLC. Watching A New Hope, we didn't see AT-ATs or had knowledge of Scout troupers until a few movies later. To the characters in those movies those things always existed in that universe and in the lore of Star Wars, its just we the audience didn't see them until a few movies later. Much like sullust and some of the gear we see that is new to us, but not to these characters. I highly doubt the rebel alliance used just x wings and snow speeders when going head to head with imperial forces. Disney loves to add to the new canon, especially now that they got rid of most of the eu. Im just saying this was a missed opportunity on the part of DICE and EA to include a new piece of the new canon by adding new things we haven't seen before but fit in the context/theme/design of the movies in terms of vehicular combat.

Ive seen gameplay of Walker assault, it probably would benefit form a rebel version of that. Seeing as rebels lose 60% of the time on that game mode, why not let imperial characters see how they would fair on the other side of the fence.

Also I would count the taun tuan as a vehicle, but it seems they are just scenery.

Read what I said: I said as we did not see these battles in the film, there should be no reason for them to not include Rebel vehicles. You've misread me as sayign there is no reason to include them.

:D Im sorry for misreading your statement. Since written format is a different medium of communication with out the use of vocal context, I didnt grasp your intentional message.

That's okay :)

At the very least, the Rebels should have stolen AT-STs in the game if they don't want to include non-film vehicles.

Ok next price: 35 € what do you think is this a good price?? http://www.amazon.de/Electronic-Arts-50 ... B00V6IX0ZW
Most users gave just 2 stars

==EDIT==

I now bought bf. It looks nice (just played tutorial) but the controlling with the mouse is very difficult. First i was really bad in x-wing. But it was because in BF2 i activated v-change.
Any tips for the sensitivity?? i used the lowest dpi value i can use for my mouse, but sometimes it felt like it is still too fast. specially in x-wings.

mh yes i think that's the only way.

One question. Does anyone play the companion app?? I think it's a bit strange, that the At-At has the highest agility (4) and a tie interceptor 2, ti fighter 3. I'd use interceptor 4, ti fighter 3 and at at -10 :D

Multiplayer only. You'll the a new option in the MP menu to toggle the Battle of Jakku content. Once you switch it on, you'll see a new mode called "Turning Point", and two Jakku maps added to the map rotations of the normal game modes: "Graveyard of Giants" in Walker Assault, Supremacy and Fighter Squadron, "Goazan Badlands" in all other modes.

No actual confirmation this is going to happen, but apparently DICE is looking into having Instant Action back in the game.

That would be awesome!!!

It would make it much easier to explore the map and become handy with the heros/vehicles/fighters. Since now i only got the fighters 3 times and died directly because everybody shot at me even before i found the battle :(

Does anyone know what is exactly an vehicle? I need to kill 25 with any vehicle, but as i explained, i'm not good in fighters and haven't got an AT-ST or AT-AT (how can i get this??) now. But i have already 4 kills with an vehicle and took a few down while playing droid capture or cargo. But there are no vehicles you know??

Has anyone upgraded an star card yet?? The first upgrade just makes the cool down faster, but what about the 2nd/3rd?? Do they make the effects of the cards better or only the cool down??
