My friend and I run a server called Dimocraft.
You are free to join, but we do have a whitelist as well as a facebook group set up.

RULES

DO
obey all admins, OPs and moderators.
act mature.
be helpful.
give other players and their creations some space.
participate on the group.

DON'T
act immature.
grief.
steal.
harass others.
swear.
ask for items or OP.
advertise.

A lot of these rules are just common sense, and therefore the punishments for each rule broken varies. For instance, if you're caught griefing or stealing, it'll probably be an insta-ban. I think we are all mature players who just want to have fun.

HOW TO JOIN
Post here with your minecraft username, and I will add you to the whitelist.

Please be aware that the main form of communication is via our facebook group. If you add me on facebook,, I will add you to the facebook group.
If you don't like facebook, or don't want to reveal your true identity, I'll be posting big announcements here in this thread. But I would really like to encourage you to join our facebook group!

P.S. We don't have Bukkit installed right now. We're trying out a new 1.2 world until Bukkit updates - then we'll use Multiverse to connect our main world to the 1.2 one.

My friends and I are setting up a server and were running the Beta Bukkit. Works fine.

Due to players roaming SUPER far on our previous map and thus causing a ton of server lag, the deal was that we would build up the main area (where all the buildings are) first and then move onto other areas afterward. So I'd much rather you build something near the main area for now.
