It's impossible to have both pistols shown in first-person.DemonPastry1 wrote:I do not know if it has been said before but on muunilist fordo has no hands. Also I have seen many mods with dual pistol units but it always shows up as one in fisrt person is this normal or is there something I need to do?

yea the second pistol (left hand) is an addon much like a visor or backpack and doesn't appear in first person. The game only recognizes the right pistol as a weapon. About the missing hand that's probably a bug and will be fixed

*needs custom animation for first person dual pistols* or just get rid of the first person view for dual pistols wielders all together.

Will this work with Dark Times, and BFX? (2.2)
And since you have to replace your GameData folder (I believe) won't the maps be gone? Or do you replace it first?

Hehe my buddy, this is not an actual "mod", its more akin to a "mappack"
So therefore its compatible with ANY mod out there!
Enjoy

Can you read? You've posted a lot of useless topics now.. I wonder if you've read the rules, please do so.. I'ld like to keep the BF0 section as spam-clean as possible, because I'm very glad I can use it for information about this mod/mappackCodaRez wrote:Hehe my buddy, this is not an actual "mod", its more akin to a "mappack"

No, it will only add the BF0 files to the sides and addon folder. There's nothing in there that will overwrite anything other than the folders themselves.Par3210 wrote:geez dude i'm only asking what to do with the gamedata folder. If I replace it then it'll not make the game work

Re: Battlefront Zero - Version 1.9 (Download and Bugs)
Windows asks you if you want to merge the 2 GameData folders, answer yes.. Windows ask you if you want to replace some files (not the whole folder), aswer yes.. I think this is what i meant with 'replace', if i didn't say mergePar3210 wrote:geez dude i'm only asking what to do with the gamedata folder. If I replace it then it'll not make the game work

It worked for everyone else, right? Where does that "fear" come from?Par3210 wrote:geez dude i'm only asking what to do with the gamedata folder. If I replace it then it'll not make the game work
(And by-the-way, MandeRek's reply was completely satisfied, he wants to keep this whole section as clean as possible, if he wants to attend you to that, he is completely in his right to do so)

Re: Battlefront Zero - Version 1.9 (Download and Bugs)
I know this is a little off topic, but I had this dream last night that 2.0 of Battlefront Zero was released and I was playing maps such as Thule and Felucia. It was really strange, but cool at the same time.

Little offtopic? Anyhow..Nova Hawk wrote:I know this is a little off topic, but I had this dream last night that 2.0 of Battlefront Zero was released and I was playing maps such as Thule and Felucia. It was really strange, but cool at the same time.

The release after that will include maps like Mon Calamari; Sky (which I'm working on now), Mustafar; Burning Platforms (which AQT is working on now) and possibly another map (or more) from our main mapper YaNk. It will also have more ZERO Squad campaign missions, and more locals for hunt-modes.

This is a sign you should play/think about BF2 less.Nova Hawk wrote:I know this is a little off topic, but I had this dream last night that 2.0 of Battlefront Zero was released and I was playing maps such as Thule and Felucia. It was really strange, but cool at the same time.
@Mande: Well done on getting so far with this mate.

Yeah, sorry I haven't gotten much of anything done with Alaris or any other maps. They've taken a back seat to other things going on with me right now. If you want them for any particular release just let me know and I can make it a higher priority.MandeRek wrote:Little offtopic? It was really strange, but cool at the same time.I'm finishing up the next release. ZERO Squad is done, that means some touches to Ryloth (include the Blurrg, get locals properly working) and fixing up the heroes once more (localisations, Yoda) and version 2.0 will be released. New maps added will be: Ryloth; Incursion, Thule; Assault, Tantive IV; BF0 and Felucia; Mineral Basin. These are 4 great maps, and puts the total on 13 maps so far, with 3 campaign missions (ZERO Squad), new hunt modes (Ryloth, Twi'Lek Freedom fighters) and fixed units (New ARCs, new weapons, new droids, walking Blurrg)

@Eggman - No problem man, I'm very simple about maps and deadlines. If it's done, it will be included and released with the next release

Re: Battlefront Zero - Version 1.9 (Download and Bugs)
Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but in Mos Gamos, when I played as the clone's support unit, I accidently attempted to scroll through the main weaponary, and the game completely froze. It took me ONE HOUR (shudder) just to Ctrl+alt+delete my way out of it.

Re: Battlefront Zero - Version 1.9 (Download and Bugs)
Thanks for noticing, if everything worked out, it should be fixed now
Edit: I'm locking this topic since Version 2.0 is uploading. It will be sent to a closed group of friends, and testers, and after their opinion and suggestions, I'll update it once more and release 2.1 to the public. For now, Version 3.0 is planned to be my last BF0 release, and my last mod. BF0 has become really big now, just finishing all other wip maps would give enough new stuff to play
