This is awesome! Kind of short, if you don't stop to smell the roses (or dead North Koreans) but sooo fun.
Anyways, make sure you set your physics setting (in graphics/advanced) to 'high'
It doesn't slow it in the slightest, but makes the game 10000x better.
I am not Having Your problem, When does the dreaded BSOD occur?
Anyway, I just finished the demo, and I LOVE it! This game rocks. Even though My graphics card is the absolute minimum to play this game, it runs very well on low settings.
1) I was following my partner through the jungle to the part where they find the dead soldiers, and the scary, mangled guy hanging from the trees, right? So I switched to speed mode to try and catch up to my partner. Then I tried sprinting.
The moment I started sprinting, the game froze. I tried everything to get out of the game, to no avail, so I pushed the power button on the PC.
The Blue Screen of Death came up, detailing a problem with "nv4_disp" and the device driver getting stuck in an infinite loop.
2) I was on the early beach part, where you encounter your first three enemies of the game. After killing the first patrol, I switched to cloak.
I snuck up on one guy, then killed him with my silenced pistol. At the moment he began to fall to the ground, my cloak came down, and my game froze. So the same BSOD came up in the first situation.
Any help? I've fixed this problem before, when SWBF2 was causing it, but Crysis demo is bringing it back up.

What are your specs? I can't give a diagnostic if you don't give me information based on your system.
The demo is amazing!!! The first time I played it was a bit laggy. But once I rebooted, there was no lag at all. Of course I have to play on all low settings though. Minus physics.
I love throwing things at people....or just throwing things for the heck of it. I must've thrown the dumpster at 5 people in a row.
Although I didn't get many chances to pop some tires and make some cars swerve into a colliding mess with everything, I did however edit the map, spawn 5 TAC launchers, and completely blow a base to smithereens.
Some parts are kind of a pain though. ("save early, save often." *Smacks self*.)
Are there any additional weapons/addons?
So far I've only found the dual pistols w/ addons you start with, the NK rifle, the Scar, with what you start with, the shotgun and grenades.
Got lots of screenies to post of me messing around in editor, some of the things I did
* Make a super tornado that sucked everything up in the map, which made a 'mini floating island' 700m up in the sky, I landed on it once and threw a grenade into it, blew it appart ;(
* Spawn an alien in
* Spawn 2 aliens in
* spawn 4 aliens in
* Spawn 6 Aliens, 400 NK, a heli + some weapons for myself, turn godmode on, turn map to nighttime, run around watching the NK get owned then try to take out some alien MOAR scouts out with the heli, failed, so then I just waited till they came close and hit them with a nuke lol
