So..... after literally a year of promising people I would release this, here's the assets from my Terra Strife Sides Beta.
And with this, I guess I'll be announcing my "official retirement" from SWBF2 modding; it was fun while it lasted, but lately I've decided that it's time to move on.
And now I won't bore you with a long, drawn-out goodbye, so moving on

So I finally got around to releasing these assets that I promised to the community. This pack is, essentially, the entire Sides folder of my Terra Strife Sides Beta map, and doesn't really come with any instructions; you'll need to know how to use these files with your custom side in your map.
Basically, this pack includes ODF's, MSH/TGA's, and REQ's for these assets:
- AK47
- Dragunov Sniper Rifle
- Fragmentation Grenade
- M4 Carbine (w/ M203 Grenade Launcher)
- M9 Pistol
- M40 Sniper Rifle
- Mac-10 Submachine Gun
- Molotov Cocktail
- MP5 Submachine Gun
- Unused "Protosniper"
- Remington 870 Shotgun
- RPG-7
- XM8 Rifle
- Ordnance odf's for all above weapons
- All units from Terra Strife Sides
Credits (copied from Terra Strife Sides Beta):
- Repsharpshooter, for just being there all the way, helping me with any modding/modeling questions I had, and also texturing a sniper rifle that's not in this sides demo, collectively known as the "protosniper"
- elfie and Nullcommando, for their U.S. Marine skins
- FragMe for exporting many of my models
- Actiroan for playermodels, exporting, and other misc. help
- -=anders=- and ConfusedMaster for sounds
- The whole Gametoast crew, for numerous tutorials and helping me with whichever problems I had

its scary how accurate those are. i play a game called crossfire as well as bf2, and that mp5 looks almost exaclty the same. and are you sure your sniper (the green one) isnt an AWM?

Thank you SOOOOOOO much, Taivyx!!!! I have been looking for some of your weapons, they are sooooo coool!!!! I was trying to get a M-something (I forget what it was called exactly), the other day that you made, but I had an error, so I couldn't download. Good job on the models, they are awesome in Terra Strife.

Thank you for releasing these! I needed something to look more real life-like for my mod.
Is it just me, or does the gun in the 3rd to last picture look a little too good? Like it looks so much better than the rest of the game graphics that it stands out.
Now whether I start modding with these depends on whether I get my XSI Mod Tools fixed or not.

Actually, these models are making me consider getting back into modding BF2. Ironic, no?

If you are new guys , Tayvix is the weapons modeling master and he made them in 3ds max .
