Might want to designate differently the models with the textures. What if you want a "rainbow R2 force". Experienced modders can read the change texture tut, but less experienced will have trouble with hex-editing.....

So perhaps u can rename some files(r2d2yellow.msh with r2d2yellow.tga and so on instead of changing from just 1 msh)

Does the probe droid float slightly higher above ground?

Hmm, yeah, that would be easier.

And no. It's parented to "com_inf_default". I couldn't find it so I couldn't edit it. But it has the illusion that it's flying. (If someone can tell me where to find com_inf_default I'd happily change it!)
