New version. Contains more effects (total 103), and they now (mostly) have logical names that follow a vague kind of order (therefore much easier to use for those without working PE).

Won't be releasing any more effects anytime soon (ie won't be releasing my newer ones)....

Please give credit if you use these.

That's a lot of effects, I might download them but I'm still working on my map and than will add effects, finish sides, etc.

I downloaded the pack, but when I wanted to extract it, it says that the file is broken.

the .tgas are 0 KB and i can't open them
