You shouldn't sharpen it, it makes every skin horrible...

actually the sharpening is part of cookies template he used.
anyway i agree that it doenst look that when its sharpened

after i looked the trooper up on wookiepedia it seems to me like the mouthpart is too wide and should look more like some kind of large filter than fine fabric.
