Gametoast needs at least one empire at war conversion and I am one looking for a site to hold my empire at war conversion......so could you please host my total conversion.......

Uhhh... The EaW section of the forums has been back for like 3 weeks. It's right above the Battlefield 2142 forum.

And to answer your question, feel free to post the mod on the forums, but as far as hosting anything, we'd have to see what you've got first. We don't host mods where there's an "idea guy" as the lead with nothing to show for the mod, but if the mod is considered really cool by the community and is a decent ways along we'll host it.
