Comment bug

I've let this one slide for too long. Whenever I'm typing a long comment, once it gets long enough for a scroll bar to appear, something funny happens. Whenver I hit the space ba, or pretty much any key, it scrolls up. I can't see what I'm typing, and even after manually scrolling down, it scrolls up automatically after a few seconds if I don't touch anything. What causes this?

I've only experienced the scrolling problem with Internet Explorer 8 so I don't know about other browsers. The fix for Internet Explorer 8 however is to switch to Compatibility View.

its a Rich Text Box bug in Internet Explorer 8. I've seen it more in phpBB forums though.
