For some reason though, it keeps getting moved to the Mod/Map Ideas thread. Not copied, moved entirely. I deleted it from the Ideas thread and reposted in Skins, but it moved again, this time it won't let me delete or edit the post. The real question is why, when it was moved, did you change it back? The board does not simply "move" posts; if you see something moved you can assume that a staff member did it.
Your post was moved because it was neither a new skin (it was a new model with unmodified textures) and it does not exist yet. By your own words it was only an "idea."
