I noticed that the 607th forum is no longer in the hosted mods section, is there anywhere I can go to view the old topics?

Go to bottom of the page. There should be a drop-down field to choose a forum.
Select the last one. (should be the "Saga of the 607th Mod")

It was removed due to inactivity.

I know this is off topic but think we could maybe have a Dark Times forum? I thought since Dark Times 2 is coming out it might be a popular forum if started.

Not that I actually have any say in it, but mods generally only have their own forums when they can't reasonably fit into a single thread. Just take a look at the current GT hosted mods and you'll see what I mean. I think we can all agree that Dark Times is a great piece of work and could stand to have the spotlight put on it, but Mav seems to have it pretty well-contained in a single topic.

Technically I could have put in a new one as soon as I decided to make a sequel/continuation to the original mod, since the original thread was already out-of-hand. However, the great thing about being site staff means that I can make that happen when it needs to happen and no earlier, and the great thing about being site staff and being behind the mod means that I know exactly when that point will be, and at least right now I am ok with a single (second) thread.

In any case this post was (topically) answered a while ago. The 607th forum was moved out of the main forum because it was inactive and at the behest of Xavious.
