Possible forum bug?

Possible forum bug?
I've noticed that for the Off-Topic section of the forums, that when I go into it, read all the topics, and then go back to the forum index, the forum still says that there are new posts and/or topics to read in the Off-Topic section, even though I have read all new posts. Is this a bug, or is it just my end?

That has happened to me as well, but all you need to do is hit the Mark topics read button and it clears it.

Is there a page two? Maybe a shadow topic that was moved to another forum?
