Star Wars - Cloneblood
I'ts nothing real...not yet!
Hey..my name is Atin, and i am working on something
big!
a few days ago a saw some pictures of "medal of honnor" "Bad company 2" "modern warefare 2" and "crysis 2"
i wondered: "hey! why is there no star wars game like that?" that was my idea!
I'LL MAKE SUCH A GAME! ITS NAME: STAR WARS - CLONEBLOOD
yes! don't laugh! it an unreal development kit based game! a programm thats easy to use and that allows you to make hig graphic games!!!
in "Cloneblood" you play a clonetrooper! 3rd person view! (so you can see your unit better!)
i almost have a small gamedesigner squad! but i need more! if someone here wants to help, i need:
someone who can use XSI verry well (modeller)
someone who can use the unreal editor (mapper)
someone who can make animations with blender or XSI (animator)
someone who is verry creative (storywriter)
someone who knows how to deal with java (scripter)
and to all germans of you: go to http://rcmodacc.fare-forum.net/forum.htm
there is mode information and you can learn also how to mod republic commando!
thanks! :jango:

Umm... not to rain on your parade, but there it absolutely NO WAY that you and a few amateur modders will ever be able to make a Star Wars game that is of Battlefield, Crysis, or CoD quality. Ever.

I believe the method you're suggesting is, at best, not completely legal. You have to make everything from scratch.
According to your profile, you are 14 years old. Unless you have the brain of Einstein, no 14 year old and a group of modders (who mod in their spare time) can possibly make a game like you're proposing. Done. End of story.

Using RC or BF2 content is illegal, making all from scratch is not. It sounds really good, and a game like that would be awesome, but that's a huuuge project however, so good luck!

That don't matter[Skirata] Atin [General] wrote:i dont take money for the game!
Well, boohoo. "because others do it" is a very, very bad argument. Especially because this site really, really doesn't want to get in any trouble.[Skirata] Atin [General] wrote:others are taking sounds or music from other games!
I mean, if you think you can do this, knock yourself out. Honestly, have your best try at it and you'll probably learn a lot. Just don't do anything illegal, because that'll ruin any effort you may put into this.

I'm going to lock this topic, but I think it's important that you know why.
1) You're making a request. Plain and simple. You haven't said that you've personally got anything to contribute other than a name.
2) You're proposing breaking site rules and U.S. federal laws (as well as international copyright ones, I am sure).
3) You're in so far over your head you can't see the surface. Really. Start small, work to big.
