Mod in Freelancer demo?

Hi i have a question...can I do a mod in a freelancer DEMO?

No offense or anything... but if you find a game you like, BUY IT. Period. I don't really know about Freelancer, but if it's the same as just about any game out there, you probably can't install a mod in the demo.

I think freelancer is a nickel on eBay.

Or you can get it at your library once a week like I do 
I don't know if the demo is moddable, but you can always try. Get the Freelancer Mod Manager, download a mod, and check.
