If you own the original cartridge of the game.
I'll be frank and say that at least 75% of the folks here have roms that don't own the cartridge. The issue is that we are a family-based, legal site, and technically you can't have the rom without owning the cartridge.
To protect everyone who owns said roms, this thread is getting locked.
