Love it. Seen it. Hate the end where you wonder if the transformer really came alive at that moment or was just for the trailer.

As for Orangimus Prime at the end, there are quite a few things he could be. Could either be Sentinel Prime, Vector Prime, Xaaron, or in a very disappointing turn of events, Unicron.

...or, knowing Michael Bay's sense of "humor," probably this guy.

He looks wise and sage-like, so I'm kind of assuming he's an older rodimus.

A lot of people are guessing Alpha Trion, too.

Saw this trailer when I went to see the premiere of the new Narnia film. Gotta say, it looks really good. Didn't really like the second one. Hopefully this one will be better.

And wait, that transformer at the end was Optimus Prime? It looked nothing like him.

as for me, I'll just pretend that I know who it is and wont say it, so they can't say that they know who it is too, and when the movie comes out, I'll just say "I knew it was him" XD

but for the trailer; for me it looks good

Rodimus. I'm just saying that because of the color scheme, a very slight resemblance to Energon Rodimus, and the fact that Optimus, according to the movies, is the youngest Prime, but since this clip is of the moon landing, some Primes may be alive.

I'm still waiting for Bay to flip off the entire fanbase and say that it's Shockwave.

Shockwave's face pictures were already leaked, he's still one-eyed and can't shoot anything because of the lack of depth perception.

Also, forgot to put Alpha Trion and the Last Autobot in my list. There are too many orange and/or old guys in this franchise :P

Thank God. After what happened to Soundwave...

Still, looks really cool. I hope the Russians don't end up siding with the Decepticons so that the US has to face "the greatest evil of all time." That'd be really annoying. I'm hoping for a sweet, "team-up-with-the-enemy-and-realize-your-differences-aren't-that-tremendous" plot.

EDIT/BUMP FOR THOUGHT: Anyone think this could be jetfire, despite the aesthetic differences? Wise scientist going out to different worlds, would make sense in the arms race context of the film as he is a rocket in most incarnations....

Except for the whole "Jetfire was in the last movie as an old guy" thing. However, we do have Brawlvastator and Devastator so clrearly names don't really matter in this series.

Oh right. I was trying to remember a Jetfire from the last movies, and I couldn't remember a sleek rocket character, so I assumed the name wasn't taken.... :/

*Giggle*

*Ahem* I've loved both of the Transformer movies thus far, so of course I'm looking forward to this one. I'm also not even gonna try to guess who that is at the end, I'm not familiar enough with the series.

I think it's pretty clear Shockwave's appearance on the moon is simply a flashback and the movie will take place in the present.

Is there some other trailer we don't know about?

No, its just common sense, the movie takes place in modern day, so the trailer, taking place in 1969, must be a flashback.

How do you know it takes place in modern day? From the trailer it looked like it was taken place during the Moon Landing.

Spock is not amused.
Logic people, Logic.
If Sam witwicky is the main character (which he still is) there is no way he is alive in 1969.

Logic.

The storyline from Revenge of The Fallen isn't finished either. People, I thought you would know this. Who's Shockwave going to fight, anyway? By 1969 the only other transformers on earth are Megatron and Jetfire.
