Re: The Avengers
Huh, this was totally unexpected since the Superbowl one just came out recently.
But it's awesome, nonetheless!
Nice seeing some actual dialogue from Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner, and Iron Man and Thor fighting one another is just sad, but Hulk saving Iron Man was so cool!

When did you see that? I only saw a scene where it looked like they were training.AQT wrote: Iron Man and Thor fighting one another is just sad.
Also, what a beast trailer!

From 0:53 to 1:05 in the context that was given. I wouldn't call Iron Man bashing Thor on the head, while Tony Stark narrates about his personality problems, with Agent Coulson calling a time-out in the end, training...ShadowWing wrote:When did you see that? Although it is somewhat sad, I'm very looking forward to seeing the development of these characters as a team.

Re: The Avengers
Same. I imagine it will be rough at first, putting half dozen super egos in the same room. However what makes the Avengers special from other superhero stories, is this is a team. I know by the end they will be working together just fine, especially at 1:48 when Hulk saves Tony's life.AQT wrote:Although it is somewhat sad, I'm very looking forward to seeing the development of these characters as a team.
I'm very excited, I bet it will be just fine. Maybe it won't have the best story, but it should be fun to watch regardless.
I'm betting I'll look something like this when I leave the theater.
Hidden/Spoiler:
Oh, and here it is in HD for those who want to see that.

All I know is that Stark's suit disassembly sequence is epic. Now he can just "walk it off".

Re: The Avengers
I'm glad they're showing more of Mark. I think he'll make a great Bruce. "We're not a team, we're a time bomb." was a great line.

The Japanese version of the trailer features more new scenes and stuff than the American version for some reason. It's great!

Re: The Avengers
I'm sure that we all have been seeing the various TV spots around, but here are some actual short excerpts:
I suspect we will be getting a clip of Hawkeye and the Hulk together some time soon based on the trend here. Or that would be all since those two already got mentioned in the first and last clip...
Just 18 more days! I just might actually go see this one on the big screen!
- Black Widow fights bad guys while Phil Coulson waits
- Captain America and Thor do battle with Loki's Army
- Conversation between Maria Hill and Nick Fury
- Conversation between Loki and Tony Stark

Re: The Avengers
Gah. I can't wait. I need to stop watching these clips. I do want to know more about what Hill and Fury were arguing about.
